•  Where the proper attire:

      •  Helmet

      •  Eye protection (goggles not sunglasses)

      •  Long sleeve shirt

      •  Long pants

      •  Gloves

      •  Boots

•  Use TCLOC, BONEC and SIPDE before you ride.

•  Always tell someone or leave a note with information about:

      •  where you will be riding

      •  what time you left

      •  when you will be back

      •  who you are riding with

•  Ride within your limits
