THE JOURNEY BEGINS:

Click on the option under NEW TO THE SYSTEM to read the Program Criteria then choose New User Registration & follow the steps to log in.

On the Maps & Submittal page, ACQUISITION – LEGAL DESCRIPTION was chosen for viewing

Once you are registered & logged in, choose
My Application from the left hand column

On the My Applications page, your existing applications will be listed listed.

Please read all available information, this will save you time in the long run.

It is vitally important to enter accurate information. This information will be a part of our Louisiana LWCF Database

In addition to the Technical Assistance section in the left column , you’ll notice links within the application to help you find info.

We recommend you save your information after you complete each section. Your session will time out after a few hours of inactivity.

What happens after your project has been submitted?
After we receive your application, we review for completeness and grade each project based on our
PROGRAM EVALUATION CRITERIA

You will be notified whether or not your project scored well in this preliminary review. If necessary, you will be given time to provide documents that are needed to complete your application.

Once we receive all the information we need, the completed project applications move forward for review by SPARC (State Parks And Recreation Commission).

If we do not have all of your information in time for the SPARC review, your project will not be eligible for the current year.
 
 SPARC approval completes the
 
STATE REVIEW portion of the process.

 Next, we’ll prepare your project folder
for the National Park Service review.

Once your project is approved,
a project number will be assigned

When you have received notification of approval at the STATE level, your application is then moved to the My Projects folder. You will have ‘read only access’ at this point, so any additional documents you’d like to submit will need to be sent via email and we will upload to the system for you.

We will send you a state contract package to sign & return.

Call & schedule a “Kick Off Meeting” with us.

We will require a copy of the newspaper ad,
the bid tabulation sheet & signed construction contract
prior to reimbursement.  After construction,
we’ll need an “As Built” copy for our files.
